August 14, 2002 - 3:50 p.m.

Today started the reign of the newer, meaner Mr. Hutcheson. I now have three students who have detention tomorrow (and for whom I will find the vilest afterschool jobs to do whilst in said detention.) I also have two of my three classes literally hating me. Four separate people asked me today who else was teaching Pre-Algebra and asked if they could transfer into THAT class. I told them no, and that if they didn't pass, they would probably have me again, so . . . study!

I still don't like it, but at least now my misery has company.
